FAQ

• Can i get something to eat or to drink at Miniworld Rotterdam?

  Yes. We have a pleasant restaurant with a varried assortment of warm and cold snacks and drinks.

• Can I take photograhps and make films at Miniworld Rotterdam?

  Yes, you freely can take pictures and make films. Also during the tour behind the scenes. But only for personal use, as long as you don't hinder other visitors and you don't cause any damage to the miniature world. Publication of picture- and/or soundmaterial is not permitted, unless Miniworld Rotterdam has in advance authorized this in writing. Also for professional recordings an authorization in advance is needed. For authorization contact the deparment marketing & communication. If you make professional recordings without written authorization from the deparment marketing & communication you are committing a felony and you can be prosecuted.

• Are pets permitted at Miniworld Rotterdam?

  Unfortunately you can't take your pet along to Miniworld Rotterdam. Only as such recognizable guide dogs are allowed.

• Can I park at Miniworld Rotterdam?

  Miniworld Rotterdam has no parkinglot of its own. Thus we are dependent on third parties for parkingfacilities. You can best park at P2 of the Groot Handelsgebouw.

• Can I rent a wheelchair?

  No, at this time we cannot yet offer this service. We are working on this issue, so maybe we can offer this service in the future.

• Can children's buggy's be taken along into the attraction?

  Yes. You can leave the buggy in our wardrobe for a fee. However it is also possible to take with you into the attraction. But mind other visitors and don't hinder them, for instance by parking the buggy in the middle of footpaths, etc.

• Are a changingroom, Children's seats and microwaves for heating milk available?

  n the toilets we also have a changingroom. Our restaurant has multiple children's seats available. Our employees of the restaurant are ready to help you with the heating of you babybottle. Just ask!

• Are lockers available?

  Yes, we offer free lockers. You pay a €2,- securitycoin, that is refunded to you at the opening of the locker. If you lose the key of the used locker we have to charge you €65,- to repair the damage to the locker.

Our House rules

• To eat and drink outside the restaurant is not permitted.
• Consuming foods and drinks anywhere in the attraction is not permitted.
• Help us to keep the attraction clean. Waste belongs in the trashcans.
• With camara's we guard over your and our properties and safety.
• Children under 12 years only have access under the accompaniment of a paying adult.
• Never put children on the guard rail in the miniature world for their own safety.
• Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
• Smoking inside is not permitted.
• If we doubt the age of a visitor we are entitled to ask for an identifacation.
• Taking photographs and making homevideos is permitted, if they are for personal use only.
• By theft or suspicion of theft we are obliged to turn matters over to the police.
• Miniworld Rotterdam claims the right to deny people access or to remove people from the attraction, for instance when they (are likely to) inflict damage to the miniature world on purpose or if they are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics or when they are (likely to) disturb the peace.
• Management cannot be held responsible for theft and/or the misplacement of clothes, etc.
• Entering the attraction is on one's own risk.
