Look closely and you find stories everywhere: inside buildings and out in the landscape. Special and educational stories about past, present and future are the fourth dimension of the miniature world, about the Netherlands and the city and port of Rotterdam in particular.

With the treasure hunt (€ 2.00, ages 4 to 12) children search for special scenes. For ages 8 to 15 there are educational variants on water management and architecture, among other themes (€ 2.25).

World City Rotterdam (210 m²) has more than 50 modern and pre-war models, and Port of Rotterdam (125 m²) shows almost every kind of harbour. Spot Rotterdam Centraal, the cube houses and the Calandbrug.

An educational school trip takes 2 to 3 hours on average, for pupils from age 6 and groups from 15 pupils. A children's party is possible from 6 children (ages 3 to 11), with a welcome drink and a treasure hunt.

  • No thresholds, a lift to the lower floor and an accessible toilet next to the restaurant.
  • Parking directly below the attraction in car park P2 of the Groot Handelsgebouw.
  • Open at the Weena until Sunday 3 January 2027. Closed from 4 January to 29 March 2027 for the move to ZUIDYARD, Doklaan 40 in Rotterdam-Zuid.
